2026 Applications Are Out Now
The PSAA LA Chapter Scholarship Application was sent to elligible students on Tuesday, August 25th and are due Saturday, September 19th. Please check your spam folder if you don't immediately see it.
Completed applications and supporting letters of recommendation must be received by the Scholarship Chair by 5 pm, Pacific Daylight Time, on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Awards will be announced by late October, 2026, or as the University dictates.

Penn State Alumni Association Alumni Endowed Scholarship Program
A list of elligible students is provided to the LA Chapter Scholarship Chair by the University Admissions Office. Once that list is received, an email with the application and deadline is sent to the elligible students' psu.edu email addresses.
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time undergraduate and graduate students who

are enrolled at any Pennsylvania State University campus

who have a demonstrated financial need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses

whose home address of record is located within the geographic area of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association including the following counties: Kern, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, or Ventura
Each scholarship shall be awarded for one academic year and may be renewed for subsequent years providing the recipient continues to meet the conditions of eligibility.
