College Football Playoff Watch Party
On December 31, the LA Chapter will be hosting a College Football Watch Party at Lawless Brewing in North Hollywood. Owned and operated by Penn State Alumni! Feel free to come and go as you please. Meet up with friends and family throughout the day and meet some of the local alumni. Lawless is family-friendly; children are welcome.
It is located right off the Metro Red Line North Hollywood Stop. Only a 12min walk from the station.

PSAA Pep Rally
The Penn State Pep Rally will be Sunday, Jan. 1, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in LA Live. The pep rally will feature the Penn State Blue Band, Penn State Cheerleaders, Lionettes, Nittany Lion, and special guests. You can RSVP to the livestream on Facebook to receive a notification when the it begins.

The pep rally is free and open to all Penn Staters, and gates to the pep rally open at 2:30 p.m. Entrance for the pep rally will be at the intersection of Chick Hearn Court and Georgia Street. Penn Staters can view parking options online for the pep rally, which will be on Chick Hearn Court toward the Crypto.com Arena.

Parking at the Rose Bowl
Sharp Seat offers various different parking passes with free shuttles to the stadium whether you plan to attend the parade or not. You can find them here on the Sharp Seat website.
Rose Bowl Stadium also offers parking options here. We recommend pre-paying for a parking pass. Keep in mind, many roads in Pasadena will be closed for the parade.
Transportation to the Rose Bowl
Uber and Lyft are available. Prices can vary based on time and location. Surges are likely to occur.
LA has a number of cab companies you can call to schedule a ride.
Metro is the cheapest option. Check this trip planner to find the best route near you. The Gold Line runs from Union Station in DTLA to Pasadena. You will want to get off at the Memorial Park Station and either walk or shuttle to the stadium.
